Delivery & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, and to keep things simple have just 2 options:

  • For orders within the UK, your items will be sent by first class Royal Mail (or equivalent parcel service if your order is too big)

  • For orders everywhere else in the world (including Europe, USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia, etc.) we will send orders via Royal Mail’s ‘International Standard’ service.

 

  • International orders may incur customs charges or import duties. We cannot advise on this, and you will need to find out what the rules are for importing items from the UK into your country. Since Brexit, this also applies to EU countries.

 

  • Where payment is made from an account that isn't in British Pounds, a conversion fee will be charged by your card or bank provider. We have no control over this and you will need to check your account rules with your bank or card provider.

As this business is run by people with disabilities, we have to be flexible to be sustainable. So we aim to send orders within 7 working days of receipt of payment.

​

Once sent, delivery depends on Royal Mail.

Their target delivery times are:

  • First class Royal Mail (mainland UK): 1-2days

  • International delivery: 14 days.*

* But please be aware that international orders can be delayed by customs and you may be charged import duty/taxes/customs fees before you can receive your order.​

  • Order total excluding P&P £0.00-£4.99, postage: £1.70

 

  • Order total excluding P&P £5.00-£29.99, postage: £2.50

 

  • Order total excluding P&P £30.00-£39.99, postage: £4.00

 

  • Order total excluding P&P £40.00-£99.99, postage: £4.50

 

  • Order total excluding P&P £100.00 + postage: FREE

 

Any parcels too large to be sent by First Class post will be sent by 'Parcel Delivery'.

Overseas shipping prices

  • Order total excluding P&P £0.00-£4.99, postage: £3.50

  • Order total excluding P&P £5.00-£14.99, postage: £6.00

  • Order total excluding P&P £15.00-£39.99, postage: £10.00

  • Order total excluding P&P £40.00-£99.99, postage: £12.00

  • Order total excluding P&P £100.00 + postage: £19.00

Withdrawal, and Return & Exchange Policy

You have the right to cancel/withdraw from this sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at: Stickman Communications Ltd using the information on our contact page​of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary
handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of goods

In the case of faulty goods, or an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order (by email, contact form, or phone) and let us know what has gone wrong. We will re-send the correct product or, if appropriate, refund the cost of the missing/faulty item. If a return of faulty or incorrect goods is needed, we will refund you the cost of postage for the return.

If you want to return an item for any other reason, you need to send back the goods or hand them over to us, and your contact details, the order number, and the reason for your return at:

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

 

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
