This download contains 2 cards per sheet - a blank card (where you can write your own information) and an emergency information one - where you can add your name, emergency contacts, key medical details etc.

This download is a pdf with 3 A4 pages - the first is the instructions for making the card, the second is the plain version of the card, and the third is the striped version of the card. The cards should print in size A7 (74 * 105mm).

This download may only be used to print cards for your own personal use. See the ‘Download Information’ tab for more information.

Please note: the download version has some slight layout differences to the standard version shown - such as not having rounded corners and including the text "not for resale. only for personal use by the purchaser" in the margin.

In purchasing a download, you buy the right to download that file within 30 days of the date of payment (in the case of free downloads, for 30 days from the date of placing the order).

You may only print copies of the download for your personal use. Personal use can include printing copies for your immediate family (e.g. parents and their children may use the same download, but grandparents, and the parents’ siblings may not.)

Please note that once you have activated a download, you no longer have a right to withdraw from/cancel your order.
(This will result in finished cards that match the size of the physical Stickman Communications keyring cards – approx. 110x80mm.)

Choose the page you want to print, and print it (Most files have 3 pages: the instructions, a plain version, and a striped version - however some designs are only available in plain). Print the relevant page on A4 paper or thin card. - make sure it’s set to ‘print actual size’.

Cut the card out along the solid black line.

Fold along the central dotted line to create a front and back.

Use laminated pouches that are 110 x 80mm, laminate your cards. Or use a larger laminating pouch and then trim the laminate to size leaving a 3-5 mm overhang of laminate all around the edge to seal it.

If you have trimmed the laminate to size, we recommend rounding the corners, as otherwise they can be quite sharp.

Using a hole punch, make a hole in the top left corner to allow for attachment to a keyring/lanyard.
